The Urogynaecological Society of Australasia is proud to be affiliated with the following organisations.
RANZCOG
RANZCOG isย a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the establishment of high standardsย of practice in obstetrics and gynaecology, and women's health.
The College trains and accredits doctors throughout Australia and New Zealand in the specialties of obstetrics and gynaecology so that they are capable of providing the highest standards of healthcare.
Theย College also supports research into women's health and acts as an advocate for women's healthcare by forging productive relationships with indivdiuals, the community and professional organisations, both locally and internationally.
IUGA
The International Urogynecological Association (IUGA) is dedicated to the global advancement of urogynecological knowledge and patient care through education and the promotion of basic and clinical research on disorders of the female pelvic floor.
In addition to holding an annual conference and publishing the International Urogynecology Journal, IUGA activities include conducting education programs around the world, developing consensus terminology in the field, connecting related professionals, and producing patient education materials.
International Continence Society (ICS)
The International Continence Society (ICS) is a registered charity with a global health focus which strives to improve the quality of life for people affected by urinary, bowel and pelvic floor disorders by advancing basic and clinical science through education, research, and advocacy. The strategic aim for the ICS is to be the global home of science and clinical education for LUTS, Incontinence and Pelvic Floor Disorders.
Since 1971 the ICS has led multi-disciplinary continence research and education on a worldwide scale through theย ICS ANNUAL MEETINGย and theย NEUROUROLOGY AND URODYNAMICSย Journal.
Continence NZ
Continence NZ was established to provide education and support to people living with incontinence, caregivers, health professionals and the general public. From small beginnings, our annual public awareness campaign has developed into an effective method of promoting awareness of continence problems and providing access to professional help.
