Urodynamics Workshop

About this Workshop: This all-day course will enable participants to understand the terminology, different instruments used for performing urodynamics, interpretation of urodynamics, troubleshooting and avoiding pitfalls of interpretation.ย Workshop faculty will go through multichannel urodynamics and understanding pre-study uroflowmetry, filling cystogram and the voiding pressure flow study.At the end of the didactic component, participants will have hands-on teaching on how to set up and trouble shoot the machine with an expert, going through cases and understanding the interpretation.

Vaginal Surgery Workshop

About this Workshop: This hands-on workshop will help you hone you vaginal surgery skills with stations using models covering vaginal hysterectomy, sacrospinous fixation/sacrospinous hysteropexy, vNOTES, and colpocleisis. You will work in small groups rotating between each station, to learn tips and tricks from Practitioners who routinely perform these procedures. It will cover patient selection; an introduction to vNOTES, and how this could be introduced to your practice, port placement and gaining entry; tips and tricks for vaginal hysterectomy; suture placement and trouble shooting at time of sacrospinous fixation; and the when and how to perform a colpocleisis. There will also be discussion regarding the use of Arista in vaginal surgery.

About this Workshop:ย Delegates attending the Botox & PTNS workshop will be provided the opportunity to learn the key steps in identifying overactive bladder: diagnosis, important pathology to exclude and the role of UDS.ย Faculty will also addressย conservative and medical management of OAB, before moving on to PTNS: the procedure, how it works, evidence for use, prospective follow up of PTNS patients and outcomes.ย Delegates will then learn about the botox procedure, setting up an outpatient botox service, follow-up and model of care.ย Practical, hands-on stations will be available to all registered delegates, comprising of a cystoscopy and botox satation + Percutaneous Tibial nerve stimulation station.

About this Workshop: Delegates attending this 2 hour workshop will cover the assembly of scope, equipment trouble shooting as well as addressing gynaecological indications for cystoscopy and expected findings. The workshops aims to teach delegates to check cystoscopy at the end of certain gynaecological surgery to ensure there has not been damage to the bladder and that the ureters appear functional.ย We will also address the investigationย of bladder pain and how to biopsy for any abnormalities.

About this Workshop: This interactive workshop will cover two key areas: Bulkamid and Sacral Neuromodulation (SNM). Participants will gain an evidence-based understanding of each procedure through expert-led presentations and live-streamed sessions from the Axonics Training Centre in California or local specialists.
The Bulkamid component will provide an overview of the evidence and procedure, followed by a hands-on wet lab with guided practice at dedicated stations.
The SNM segment will feature an introduction to current evidence, new developments, and procedural techniques, complemented by a live demonstration from Dr. Karen Noblett (pending confirmation). Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage in Q&A and practice on training models.

About this Workshop: This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of pessary care, from clinical assessment to practical application. Topics include the staging of pelvic organ prolapse and levator muscle avulsion injuries, recognition of common vaginal and pelvic pathologies, and the physiotherapistโs role in effective and safe pessary fitting.
Participants will explore setting up nurse-led pessary services, follow-up systems, models of care, and credentialling processes. The program also covers pessary selection for pelvic organ prolapse versus stress urinary incontinence, contraindications, and risk factors for failure.
Further sessions address management of complications such as erosions, granulation tissue, infection, ulcerations, and tears, as well as recommended practices for pessary care, self-management, patient education, and adherence to TGA guidelines. An introduction to prasterone will be included, and attendees will gain hands-on experience through practical sessions, concluding with a Q&A.
