International Urogynecology Awareness Day 2026

International Urogynecology Awareness Day, acknowledged annually on February 20, is dedicated to raising awareness of urogynecology and recognizing the professionals working to improve women’s pelvic health worldwide. Although pelvic floor conditions are common, this important area of women’s health remains under-recognized in many settings. Launched by IUGA two years ago, this day aims to encourage visibility, understanding, and appreciation of the impact of urogynecology on women’s quality of life.
